Shipping Info

U.S Orders: All orders are mailed through USPS within five business days of purchase (Note: we count all performance dates as a non-business day). Package delivery time varies on destination, but should arrive within 7 days of shipping. Tracking will be sent to the e-mail provided.

If your package is not received within 14 days of shipping, please contact us here, or at waxbrainband@gmail.com and please put "Missing Bandcamp Order #:(Your Order #)" in the subject line. One of us will be in touch as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs:
Orders w/ no clothing - $5
Orders w/ clothing - $10

International Orders: *We cannot accept international orders except to Canada at this time.*

Package delivery time varies by destination, but should arrive within 30 days of shipping. Tracking will be sent to the e-mail provided.

If your package is not received within 30 days of shipping, please contact us here, or at waxbrainband@gmail.com and please put "Missing Bandcamp Order #:(Your Order #)" in the subject line. One of us will be in touch as soon as possible.

Return Policy

U.S. Orders: All sales on any non-clothing item are final unless the item is damaged upon receiving. Item will only be substituted for the same item, or a similar item of the customer's choice if original item is out of stock.

Any clothing items must be returned, unworn and undamaged, within seven days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return postage if there is no damage upon receipt. If the item is damaged upon receipt, and said damage is determined to be caused by us or the carrier, we will offer a replacement, or a refund minus the cost of shipping if the item is out of stock.
